Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct trades for communications, sensing, and effector systems to deliver successful mission outcomes with the AD&S team.
  • •Architect autonomous multi-function, multi-mode payload and system solution concepts, including requirements, layout, interfaces, and employment.
  • •Adapt or derive physics-based models of payload system performance and adapt/develop effects-based models for mission-level modeling and simulation.
  • •Validate system performance in close cooperation with test and integration engineers and integrate high-performance systems with AD&S teams for customer delivery.
  • •Manage subcontractors and/or internal development teams to define subsystem requirements and drive technical performance on schedule.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 220,000 - 290,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Currently possesses and is able to maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance.
  • •2+ years of experience at the Architect level, or Chief Engineer.
  • •Own full scope of new aircraft design.
  • •Demonstrated RF and IR expertise with broad depth of experience across relevant science/engineering domains.
  • •15+ years in a relevant Science and/or Engineering related field.
