EPI Customer Engineer II

Serve as the direct liaison with customers by installing, maintaining, and upgrading equipment. Use digital analytics and basic diagnostic techniques to troubleshoot technical issues, working with guidance from Senior Field Service Engineers. Perform preventative and corrective maintenance across electrical, vacuum, mechanical, plasma, hydraulic, and gas systems (training provided) while coordinating and communicating with customers to ensure smooth, exceptional service.
