Lead a distributed team of Solutions Architects across the UK and Ireland, acting as a player-coach to win technical opportunities and build customer confidence in a DevSecOps platform approach. Own regional strategy for technical evaluations, workshops, demos, and proof-of-concepts, while partnering with Sales, Channel, Marketing, Enablement, Product, and the global Solutions Architecture team. Establish operating rhythms, coaching, and KPIs to scale high-quality engagements and execution.

•Manage a team of intermediate and senior Solutions Architects across the UK and Ireland, setting clear direction and enabling high-quality execution.
•Serve as a player-coach on strategic opportunities by building executive relationships and coaching through complex sales cycles to secure technical wins.
•Guide regional strategy for technical evaluations, workshops, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept engagements, translating customer needs into outcomes.
•Work cross-functionally with Sales, Channel, Marketing, Sales Enablement, and Product Management to align on priorities and regional goals.
•Run operational discipline including workload planning, resource allocation, headcount planning, opportunity forecasting, and KPI tracking.
