•Perform performance tuning and query optimization, identifying and addressing bottlenecks to sustain database efficiency.
•Monitor database health and troubleshoot issues using AWS CloudWatch and Dynatrace to reduce downtime.
•Coordinate with application teams on SQL-related tasks and support integrations with DB2 LUW databases.
•Manage DB2 migrations, backup and recovery strategies, and enforce security/compliance through audits and patching.

Key Requirements

•Strong DB2 expertise and certification, including DB2 LUW administration (versions 10.5, 11.1, 11.5) and DB2 z/OS administration (versions 11, 12, 13).

•Linux administration skills with understanding of network and storage concepts.
