Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalent.
•Typically five or more years of job-related retail banking experience (or a combination of experience and commensurate training).
•Must obtain and maintain NMLS registration under the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z, including passing a required criminal background and credit check.
•Proven customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships through proactive outreach and follow up.
•Thorough knowledge of retail products and services, including digital products and self-service technologies.
