Key Responsibilities

  • •Align OCT and Network objectives to company goals, and drive program execution using standardized methods and metrics.
  • •Recruit subject matter experts and team members to execute portfolio processes and establish accountability through communication and feedback.
  • •Define project goals, deliverables, schedules, and resource requirements; govern progress, risks, and changes.
  • •Coordinate with partners such as SEAL Manager, fabs, PMO, and central teams to clarify objectives and ensure delivery.
  • •Mentor global project managers, improve OPMO methodologies, and support training and succession planning for business processes.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • •Minimum 1 year of progressive project/program management experience with a focus on Frontend operations within the semiconductor or manufacturing industry.
  • •Proven track record leading strategy and transformation initiatives with measurable business results.
  • •Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder programs with significant budget and organizational impact.
  • •Preferred: PMP/PgMP (or equivalent), Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt, and experience implementing AI/digital solutions in an operational environment.
