Analyst- Compliance

Responsible for contacting clients with overdue accounts to secure settlements and prevent future delinquencies, especially for high-exposure accounts. Build relationships with RBI departments, represent AEBC India in regulatory and industry forums, and coordinate RBI audits/exams. Analyze regulatory changes, guide stakeholders on interpretations, support control development for new products/services, contribute to governance and compliance assessments, and maintain compliance documentation and training execution.
