Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide leadership, vision, and management for the local engineering team.
  • •Build and lead an agile engineering team handling engineering inquiries and departmental goals.
  • •Develop and review engineering/architectural drawings, calculations, and acoustical modeling for pre-construction design documentation.
  • •Oversee technical design, pricing support, logistics identification, and translate customer requirements into system designs.
  • •Manage budgets and resources, coordinate training and field testing, and remain current on A/V advances while advising on process improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of A/V experience with 4 years of engineering management experience (preferred).
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
  • •Ability to read and interpret electronic schematics and architectural blueprints.
  • •Proven leadership and management skills to mentor and develop team members (3–10 direct reports).
  • •Proficient PC skills, including Microsoft applications such as Microsoft Project.
