Join a training program to become a Retail Personal Banker I, combining rotations in operations and Sales & Service. •Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify current and future financial needs.
•Maintain in-depth knowledge of retail consumer and small business products/services and recommend solutions using the value proposition.
•Use CAMP and other approved marketing tools to proactively reach out, set appointments, and conduct periodic financial reviews.
•Cross-sell to existing customers and support outside sales activities and community financial literacy events as directed.
•Support customer trust by handling teller transactions, referring customers to business partners, and following risk, confidentiality, and code-of-conduct policies.

Key Requirements

•College degree or work experience providing transferable skills, or a combination of education and experience.
•Experience in the financial industry is preferred.
•Demonstrated comfort developing new consumer/small business customers and cross-selling to existing customers.
•Ability to demonstrate understanding of advanced math functions to analyze credit and financial information.
•S.A.F.E. Act registration required at the time of employment through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS).
