Job Summary

Senior systems engineer responsible for defining mature or innovative system solutions for defense and aerospace applications. Drives development, validation, and qualification of solutions, provides technical support in production and client negotiations, explores architectural options, and leads cross-functional collaboration to ensure compliant, high‑reliability architectures.

Key Responsibilities

•Define mature or innovative solutions that meet Client expectations while aligning with the company product and technology policy.
•Take responsibility for the development, validation and qualification of the Solution and provide technical support during production phases.
•Provide technical support during client meetings for negotiations and during project execution.
•In the bid phase, contribute to the technical and financial proposal together with the bid manager and commercial team.
•Define the solution architecture from candidate architectures by soliciting input from domain experts across components.

Key Requirements

•BAC+5 engineering degree with a focus on electronics (ideally with some knowledge in mechanics and/or pyrotechnics)
•experience in product development and the components of products: mechanical, electronics, pyrotechnics, safety & reliability
•experience in technical project management (technical leadership of a cross-functional team)
•ability to evaluate architecture options, make informed choices, and document decisions with rationale
•excellent writing and strong English communication skills
