Job Summary

Lead end-to-end reporting and dashboard delivery for Allianz Global Operations, coordinating global data inputs to produce reliable, actionable dashboards for executive decision-making. You will translate stakeholder needs into requirements, manage data quality, and work with business and technical teams in a fast-paced, AI-enabled environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the end-to-end implementation and ongoing management of operational dashboards for the global Operations function, from need clarification to delivery and continuous improvement
•Translate executive and LoB stakeholder needs into clear reporting requirements and collaborate with data/technical teams to build scalable dashboards and reports
•Own data quality and completeness for dashboards by defining checks, following up on issues with local teams, and ensuring reliability for executive decisions
•Coordinate with regional Performance & Productivity leaders and business units to harmonise KPIs, definitions and reporting formats for global consistency
•Plan and manage reporting projects with timelines, risks, dependencies, and quality control

Key Requirements

•3–5+ years experience delivering reporting, analytics or BI projects with ownership of timelines and deliverables
•Hands-on experience building dashboards with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, advanced Excel) and KPI structuring
•Strong stakeholder management with experience engaging senior/executive leaders
•Ability to translate business questions into data/technical requirements and communicate data constraints clearly
•Attention to detail with a structured, multi-deliverable workflow and data quality rules
