Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and execute technical operations for defense projects, including field maintenance, customer field support, and training.
  • •Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues in unstructured environments to drive resolution.
  • •Communicate field issue status to internal and customer teams to keep stakeholders informed.
  • •Develop and implement operational and logistical plans for events and deployments.
  • •Maintain high availability and performance of defense systems, and keep documentation up to date.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience solving problems in unstructured environments at the hardware-software-networking interface.
  • •Ability to climb towers to install, maintain, and repair sensor equipment and components including cameras, radars, and PTU.
  • •Strong mechanical aptitude to troubleshoot and repair site infrastructure including generators, solar power systems, and hydraulic systems.
  • •Experience performing preventative maintenance on tower structures (guy wires, anchors, lightning protection, etc.) to ensure integrity and safety.
  • •Experience operating aerial lifts and forklifts.
