People Operations Consultant

Support the end-to-end employee lifecycle, from onboarding through offboarding, while providing expert guidance on HR processes and policies. Manage HR queries and deliver a high-quality, customer-focused service, and drive continuous improvement across People Operations. You’ll also support onboarding, background screening, and compliance (including regulatory requirements), working with HR systems such as SuccessFactors, an HR query platform, and AI tools.
