Lead and grow the Strategy & Masterplanning practice by delivering client-facing hospitality strategy and masterplanning work, from feasibility and throughput analysis to concept development and destination planning. Serve as a senior advisor, guide multidisciplinary teams through research, market and financial analysis, and turn complex findings into insight-led narratives and actionable recommendations. Manage client relationships, oversee delivery quality and profitability, and lead people development while supporting market growth and new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the development, delivery, and implementation of hospitality strategy projects including master planning, feasibility studies, market assessments, and destination strategy.
•Act as senior strategic advisor by scoping projects, defining methodologies, and providing final review and approval of strategic outputs and presentations.
•Build and maintain long-term client relationships through stakeholder engagement, workshops, and translation of needs into tailored strategy solutions.
•Guide teams through structured problem-solving and analytical frameworks, transforming research and data analysis into clear, actionable recommendations and strategic narratives.
•Provide people and project leadership: recruit and develop the team, mentor members, and (when assigned) coordinate project meetings and manage delivery against time, budget, and quality standards.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business, economics, real estate, urban planning, architecture, strategy, or a related discipline (Master’s desirable).
•Minimum 10 years’ experience in hospitality consulting, real estate advisory, strategy consulting, destination development, or management consultancy.
•Minimum 2 years in a senior leadership role and demonstrated experience leading large-scale strategic advisory projects.
•Strong understanding of GCC hospitality, tourism, mixed-use, and destination development sectors, with experience managing senior client relationships.
•Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams through complex analytical and strategic challenges.
