Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform operational duties throughout the Houston Central Natural Gas Complex to ensure safe and efficient operation of plant equipment and processes.
  • •Make changes throughout plant units as necessary for safe and efficient plant operations.
  • •Start, stop, and operate pumps, compressors, coolers, expanders, chillers, etc. within defined parameters.
  • •Maintain communications with control room operators and shift leads regarding normal and abnormal operational conditions.
  • •Ensure compliance with plant safety regulations (LO/TO, Hot Work, JSA, Confined Space) and complete weekly/monthly/yearly PMs and safety PMs.

Key Requirements

  • •High school degree or equivalent.
  • •Basic computer skills, including knowledge of MS Office and operating systems.
  • •Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, decimals).
  • •Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and a satisfactory driving record.
  • •Respond to and address callouts and emergencies during and after regular business hours, including after dark hours while carrying a communication device.
