Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the integration point across product development, coordinating execution across engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, and NPI toward product readiness milestones.
  • •Develop and maintain integrated program plans, managing cross-functional dependencies and proactively identifying schedule and execution risks.
  • •Coordinate product readiness reviews across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and Operations to ensure releases are ready for production and deployment.
  • •Partner with engineering managers and technical leads to track progress, resolve cross-functional blockers, and maintain predictable execution across multiple concurrent programs.
  • •Create program dashboards and executive reporting to provide visibility into status, risks, dependencies, and readiness, and continuously improve program practices.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 180,000 - 220,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Robotics, Mechatronics, Systems Engineering, or related).
  • •5+ years of Technical Program Management experience delivering complex multidisciplinary products from concept through production.
  • •Experience coordinating hardware, embedded software, manufacturing, supply chain, and NPI activities through successful product releases.
  • •Strong understanding of engineering development processes including V&V, ECN/ECO, manufacturing readiness, release management, and product lifecycle management.
  • •Ability to establish program management infrastructure using tools such as Jira, Linear, Asana, Confluence, Smartsheet, Airtable, or Microsoft Project.
