Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage programs and projects for assigned site categories, including planning, execution, and closure.
  • •Represent Fab10 on the assigned category and ensure site centric projects/activities are shared through the aligned platform and infrastructure.
  • •Lead and track program/project progress and outcomes against schedule, cost, and scope, recording achievements with appropriate tools.
  • •Provide periodic performance updates and communicate with key partners to request feedback and maintain relationships.
  • •Lead program changes, help identify project risks, evaluate solutions, and use AI-assisted tools to improve efficiency, quality, and effectiveness.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Science, or Finance.
  • •Preferred experience across Frontend/Backend Operations, Business Analyst, Management/Finance, or Program & Project Management.
  • •Strong business acumen with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Power BI.
  • •Demonstrated project/time management, priority setting, and the ability to partner across groups.
  • •Specific expertise in one or more areas such as Fab, Facilities, Procurement, or Finance, plus analytical and logical thinking.
