  • •Lead requirements decomposition and maintain traceability from customer needs through testable designs.
  • •Develop, document, and maintain electronic and electrical system requirements and interface specifications per contract requirements and customer feedback.
  • •Define and execute test and validation approaches to confirm designs meet operational and functional requirements.
  • •Troubleshoot and resolve integration and sustainment anomalies across hardware/software life cycles and product lifecycle sustainment.
  • •Coordinate suppliers, test labs, and cross-discipline engineering; mentor junior engineers and improve technical standards and processes.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Aeronautical) or Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry.
  • •Level 4 (Senior): 9+ years of work-related experience with a bachelor’s (or 7+ with a Master’s / 4+ with a PhD).
  • •Ability to lead requirements decomposition and traceability from customer need to testable design.
