Key Responsibilities

  • •Manufacture the correct product using batch card instructions and ensure optimum yield by maintaining batch cycle time.
  • •Perform basic and autonomous maintenance of equipment to keep it in healthy condition.
  • •Lead shift toolbox meetings, delegate shift responsibilities, and support safe and quality production.
  • •Maintain shop floor cleanliness and monitor productivity during and after production.
  • •Follow safety, health, disposal, and ISO 9001/14001 procedures; maintain production records and ensure shift inventory management.

Key Requirements

  • •BSC or Diploma candidate with 2–3 years of experience in a production environment.
  • •Knowledge of production processes and the ability to operate them safely and efficiently.
