Production Supervisor

Oversee production at the Jhagadia facility to ensure safe, efficient, and consistent manufacturing. Drive correct material usage and batch cycle timing to achieve optimum yield, lead shift toolbox meetings, and delegate responsibilities for quality and safety. Maintain equipment through basic and autonomous maintenance, monitor shop-floor cleanliness and productivity, handle labor to complete daily work, and ensure accurate production data entry, inventory management, and compliance with ISO 9001/14001.
