Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee and support execution of key store operational processes, including investigating and root-causing inventory accuracy issues
  • •Drive operational standards on the sales floor using business performance data and support sell-through by ensuring accurate inventory counts
  • •Support a safe work environment and efficient store operation
  • •Represent the business in meetings with the General Manager and partner on budget, reporting, and planning metrics
  • •Lead the Operations team through accountability, continuous coaching, scheduling, and cross-functional execution of Flow experience deliverables
