Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute inventory management to maximize inventory accuracy and reduce shrink.
  • •Investigate and help resolve inventory accuracy root causes by partnering with the General/Store Manager.
  • •Support key operational functions: shipment, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management.
  • •Maintain and champion visual standards for the sales floor and stockroom standards and processes.
  • •Move throughout the store to assess and fulfill business, team, and guest needs while supporting safe, efficient operations.
