Operations Associate (Part-Time) - UTC La Jolla

Drive store profitability and efficiency as part of the Operations & Visual Management team. Manage inventory accuracy and shrink, investigate root causes with the Store/General Manager, and support operational workflows including shipment, receiving, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, replenishment, and floor set updates. Maintain strong sales floor and stockroom standards, collaborate on budgets and supplies, and keep the environment safe, clean, and guest-ready while moving throughout the store to meet needs.
