Trade Services Client Support Manager

Lead and coordinate the operational activities of the Trade Services team, serving as a key link between clients and internal partners. Ensure high-quality securities operations and timely resolution of trade-related inquiries while supporting settlement activity and client communications. Manage staff across non-exempt and exempt roles, administer policies, drive compliance with laws and regulations, and oversee budgeting, operational risk controls, and system/process improvements.
