Key Responsibilities

  • •Facilitate Specialty Copay Assistance Program workflows, including calls, enrollment, accumulator reports, daily claim auditing, and tracker updates.
  • •Support Patient Assistance Program needs for specialty members and help manage IMM workflows, including identifying new utilizers and maintaining CRM lists.
  • •Handle client and broker reporting requests and support consultant creation of client performance reviews, aggregating PBM and consulting outcomes.
  • •Maintain data integrity by auditing eligibility and resolving missing/incorrect data with the BI team.
  • •Manage CRM Zoho updates and send weekly AI alert emails about high-dollar claims and utilization outliers, while assisting with advanced case management issues.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • •Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) or other healthcare credentials preferred.
  • •1-3 years of experience in pharmacy, benefit management, healthcare, or related industry.
  • •Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing.
  • •Proficiency with required technology, including the Microsoft suite (Teams, Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
