Superintendente, Movimiento de Tierras (Superintendent, Earthworks)

Lead the planning, execution, and control of earthworks activities within the Tailings Management Facilities (IMR), ensuring safety, technical quality, operational efficiency, and environmental compliance. Oversee critical civil works such as dams, berms, roads, and channels, coordinate weekly/monthly earthworks planning, manage resources and contractors, and deliver productivity and progress reporting. Direct multidisciplinary teams with a continuous improvement and high-performance safety culture.
