Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage applicable engineering drawings, specifications, and project documents throughout all project stages.
  • •Coordinate field activities between the General Contractor, Commissioning Agent, and Client, including field walks and punch walks with architects and MEP teams.
  • •Ensure QA/QC is followed by reporting issues and conducting engineering quality assurance/control reviews prior to construction submissions.
  • •Support the scheduler with progress updates and prepare scheduled and ad hoc reports, including KPIs and progress tracking.
  • •Support project close-out documentation, manage project information flow through regular meetings and written communications, and ensure awareness of quality, safety, health, and environmental issues.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 130,000 - 165,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Engineering background with strong Mechanical, Electrical, or MEP knowledge, including both design and site experience.
  • •Experience supporting delivery of construction and capital projects in sectors such as data centers, critical infrastructure, aviation, life sciences, or energy and natural resources.
  • •Owner’s representation/consultant mindset experience, with stakeholder and multidisciplinary team coordination.
  • •Ability to manage and delegate tasks to technical and non-technical support staff, including strong communication and client relationship management skills.
  • •Bachelor or postgraduate degree in engineering, construction management, architecture, or related field, and Project Management (or PMP), engineering, or related field experience.
