Key Responsibilities

  • •Senior Architect/Designer on a portfolio of data centre projects.
  • •Coordinate design across multi-disciplinary architectural and engineering teams to deliver integrated outputs.
  • •Ensure internal governance and apply CDM Safety in Design principles across project stages.
  • •Oversee design information production, maintaining AECOM Technical Excellence standards and documentation correctness and accuracy.
  • •Manage design delivery to demanding timelines, including design-to-site interfaces and client/prospective client presentations.

Key Requirements

  • •Fully qualified Architect or Architectural Technologist (Chartered or equivalent).
  • •Proven experience delivering large multi-disciplinary design projects, preferably data centres.
  • •Proficiency in team management and CAD, including current working knowledge of Revit for 3D modelling.
  • •Working knowledge of presentation/render and design software such as SketchUp, Photoshop, InDesign, PowerPoint, and Twinmotion (training may be provided).
  • •Eligibility to work in the UK and right to live and work in Northern Ireland.
