Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, implement, and maintain the automation infrastructure that powers Voltai’s hardware validation labs.
  • •Build systems that automatically test, characterize, and qualify silicon and board-level designs — integrating software, robotics, and data pipelines for continuous validation and improvement.
  • •Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure reliability and scalability of test automation across hardware validation workflows.
  • •Develop and execute hardware bring-up, test planning, and failure reproduction processes to improve yield and reduce cycle times.
  • •Translate lab needs into automated test architectures and reusable components to accelerate hardware development.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in Python, LabVIEW, or test automation frameworks
  • •Instrumentation control (SCPI, VISA, PXI, etc.)
  • •Data acquisition, measurement analysis, and reporting automation
  • •Hardware bring-up, test planning, and failure reproduction
  • •Ability to design, implement, and maintain automation infrastructure for hardware validation labs
