Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain cleanliness of warehouse floors and common areas including breakrooms, restrooms, offices, and conference rooms.
  • •Remove refuse and cardboard daily and properly dispose of shrink wrap and other debris.
  • •Operate floor scrubbers and other cleaning equipment as needed.
  • •Support exterior upkeep including snow and ice removal, sweeping walkways, and keeping entryways clear and safe.
  • •Safely handle cleaning chemicals, tools, and equipment in accordance with OSHA regulations and facility standards; assist with light facilities maintenance as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •0–6 months of general warehouse or sanitation experience preferred but not required.
  • •Comfort using cleaning equipment and basic tools (e.g., floor scrubbers, snow blowers, hand tools).
  • •Forklift experience is a plus; willing to complete forklift training within the first 30 days if not certified.
  • •Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and take initiative.
  • •Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk up to 90% of the shift.
