Lead and manage medium-to-large architectural design projects in Shanghai, coordinating schedules, budgets, and resources. Support design leadership by organizing design teams and providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior staff. Produce client-ready presentations and reports, manage design development from concept through construction documentation, and liaise with clients, consultants, and government authorities through approvals and permitting.
