  • •Organize and coordinate design teams alongside the Design Director or Project Manager to develop and deliver architectural concepts and design solutions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or above in Architecture (Master’s preferred).
  • •Minimum 8 years of professional architectural design experience, preferably with leading Grade-A Design Institutes, international design firms, or architectural consultancies.
  • •Hands-on experience with overseas or international projects and the ability to independently conduct discussions and coordination in English.
  • •Demonstrated leadership in managing and mentoring small design teams of at least two members.
  • •Proven experience across architectural concept and schematic design in at least three sectors, plus experience in basement planning and site master planning.
