Job Summary

Lead strategic partnerships in India, owning the partner lifecycle from post-signing through renewal, coordinating with Marketing, Product and Operations to deliver seamless partner experiences, drive user growth and incremental revenue through distribution channels, and shape opportunities for Spotify and its partners. Build deep relationships, influence product enhancements, optimize joint marketing plans, and guide data-driven decisions in a distributed environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Own day-to-day partner lifecycle management from post-signing through renewal or termination, serving as the single threaded owner for partner needs.
•Lead marketing conversations to drive incremental users and awareness, manage launch timelines and vendor payments, and quickly solve issues that arise.
•Build deep relationships with key partners to become a preferred and trusted partner through regular check-ins and performance discussions.
•Identify and secure incremental opportunities to raise product awareness and convert free users to paid.
•Collaborate with product operations to define missing features or enhancements for the partner portal to improve efficiency in servicing partnerships.

Key Requirements

•6+ years of experience in strategic partner management, alliance management, global account management or subscriber acquisition.
•Background in management consulting, content distribution, media, telecom, or subscription-based consumer services/products with knowledge of the India market.
•Knowledge of deal/operational terminology, marketing channels, and key marketing and growth metrics.
•Experience working with cross-functional teams such as marketing, product and tech.
•Ability to influence internal and external senior management and stakeholders to drive positive outcomes for Spotify, partners and users.
