Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and establish a strong fulfillment leadership pipeline; coach and develop talent across Culinary, Production, Fulfillment, Sanitation, Quality, Warehouse, and Shipping
  • •Lead day-to-day operational logistics and respond to operational challenges
  • •Own execution of safety, quality, cost, and delivery continuous improvement while meeting KPI and financial targets
  • •Ensure effective communication of company priorities to the production and fulfillment teams, including leading monthly meetings
  • •Drive consistency and premium meal standards by creating new processes and holding operators accountable to the brand, KPIs, and culture

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of management experience leading a fulfillment operations center, preferably in food service, food production, or kitting
  • •Bachelor's Degree required (Master's preferred)
  • •Familiarity with FSMA, HACCP, and SQF
  • •Inventory control management, including building/improving warehouse management or inventory tracking systems (WMS implementation a plus)
  • •APICS CPIM or CSCP certification (preferred)
