Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and manage relationships with banks, IFAs, and national distributors to expand the IFA network.
  • •Own quarterly/annual sales budgets and focus on AUM growth to meet mutual fund sales targets.
  • •Present fund strategies, market views, and portfolio solutions to advisors and institutional clients.
  • •Conduct training and enablement via internal/external sessions, product workshops, and webinars; create sales plans around focus funds and campaigns.
  • •Ensure compliance with SEBI/AMFI guidelines and KYC/AML norms; maintain accurate documentation and reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •2–10 years of experience in mutual fund distribution, wealth sales, or private banking (preferred).
  • •NISM VA certification is mandatory.
  • •Graduate/postgraduate in finance, business, or a related field.
  • •Strong relationship management, negotiation, and presentation skills, with comfort using sales pipelines and Excel/CRM reporting.
  • •Ability to complete Anti-Money Laundering and Sanctions training and post-course assessment.
