•Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including process maps, user guides, and standard operating procedures, ensuring clarity and usability for business stakeholders.
•Facilitate cross-functional meetings and working sessions to elicit requirements, align on business needs, and support solution design discussions.
•Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports (e.g., Power BI) to provide actionable insights and support business performance tracking.
