Key Responsibilities

  • •Set and enforce customer data quality standards, monitor data health (completeness, accuracy, timeliness, audit-readiness), and drive actions to prevent escalations.
  • •Oversee data operations compliance with the Data Assurance Policy and internal controls, including SLA and error-rate targets.
  • •Design, build, and deploy AI-based automation to resolve routine data-quality work without human handling, and monitor/correct automation effectiveness.
  • •Lead and coach the delivery team day to day (prioritization, work allocation, capacity planning) and hold team and vendor partners to performance standards.
  • •Lead data quality incident management end to end and create/maintain internal knowledge resources (SOPs, runbooks, decision guides, AI-assisted references).

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years leading operational teams and programs with direct accountability for performance, including setting expectations, coaching, and addressing underperformance early.
  • •Proven experience managing offshore, outsourced, or BPO delivery teams with performance accountability and vendor/contractual relationship management.
  • •Hands-on experience building working automation with AI tools (agents, prompts, scripts, or AI-assisted workflows) with measurable results.
  • •Experience running a queue-based operation against defined SLAs, with metrics you owned and reported.
  • •Strong analytical and communication skills, including writing documentation/instructions and using work-tracking tools like Jira and advanced spreadsheets.
