Key Responsibilities

•Act as a strategic advisor to customers, aligning MongoDB initiatives with internal processes and corporate strategy.
•Proactively identify and build relationships across the customer base to ensure multi-threaded coverage.
•Negotiate renewals and growth opportunities, executing MongoDB sales processes to protect and expand renewals.
•Promote MongoDB features at every touchpoint using playbooks and product signals to identify expansion opportunities.
•Identify potential risk within the portfolio using data signals and proactive outreach, and address it in collaboration with leadership.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of quota-carrying experience in Account Management, Business Development, Sales or similar customer-centric role.

•Experience driving value with customers via virtual meetings through enablement sessions, strategy meetings, and business reviews.
•Ability to articulate the value of a complex enterprise technology and learn concepts related to databases and MongoDB.
