Key Responsibilities

  • •Help translate financial policies into a “touchless” O2C operating model with Finance Transformation.
  • •Gather requirements from Billing, Tax, and Accounting SMEs and convert them into process blueprints and technical specifications.
  • •Design and document end-to-end data lineage from the Marketplace into SAP S/4HANA and MS Dynamics Business Central.
  • •Partner with Product and Commercial teams to ensure new business lines are designed with automation in mind.
  • •Identify manual workarounds in local markets and support adoption of global automated standards.

Key Requirements

  • •3–5 years of experience in Finance Transformation or Process Excellence, ideally in a high-volume marketplace/tech environment.
  • •Strong knowledge of IFRS 15, VAT triggers, and Revenue Recognition to build processes that support SMEs.
  • •Solid understanding of ERP systems and their workflows/data flows (SAP S/4HANA, MS Dynamics Business Central, Oracle).
  • •Translate SME requirements into process blueprints and technical specifications.
  • •Nice to have: knowledge of e-money licenses, escrow accounts, or regulated payment flows.
