Job Summary

Support the Opportunity to Cash (OTC) Global Business Services value stream, covering end-to-end processes from receiving sales through fulfillment and invoicing. Work in pricing and contracts/proposals and quotes or sales order management/invoicing, maintaining accurate OTC internal and customer data and system documents. Communicate with teams and internal clients, complete on-the-job OTC training, help drive continuous improvement, and follow safety and environmental procedures.

Key Responsibilities

•Under direct supervision, support the OTC Global Business Services value stream, including end-to-end processes from sales receiving to fulfillment and invoicing.
•Work in either Business Development (Pricing and Contracts, or Proposals and Quotes) or Operations (Sales Order Management or Invoicing).
•Create, edit, manage, and validate OTC internal and customer data and system documents with attention to accuracy and timeliness.
•Communicate with the team and internal clients and receive on-the-job training for OTC processes and systems.
•Participate in continuous improvement activities and comply with applicable safety and environmental procedures and regulations.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalent.
•At least 3 months of experience working in an office environment.
•Ability to create, edit, manage, and validate OTC internal and customer data and system documents with accuracy and timeliness.
•Experience with business development, field operations, or field engineering in the oil and gas industry is preferred.
•Willingness to receive on-the-job training for OTC processes and systems.
