Senior Kafka Administrator

Own and operate mission-critical, multi-cluster Apache Kafka platforms for high-throughput, low-latency, fault-tolerant event streaming. Define and execute a 3–5 year Kafka and enterprise event-streaming roadmap while staying deeply technical across cluster architecture, reliability, performance tuning, and operational governance. Integrate Kafka with cloud-native and hybrid environments, including Kubernetes, and lead monitoring/observability and incident response for production systems.
