Own the operational backbone of user research, partnering with Product Designers and Product Managers to run studies efficiently—from triage and planning through recruitment, scheduling, and incentive management. Improve and unify post-merger research workflows into scalable, well-documented processes. Manage research tooling (including participant and survey systems) and vendor relationships, and grow a discoverable research repository that helps teams synthesize insights across studies.
