Job Summary

Senior Construction Inspector responsible for leading field inspections on complex projects in Meridian, ID. Develop inspection plans, verify conformance with codes and permits, mentor junior staff, coordinate with clients and contractors, and deliver detailed technical reports. Works with the PMCM team to ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery across projects, leveraging extensive construction inspection expertise and strong QA/QC practices.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop inspection plans, identify specifications, and coordinate with client and contractor personnel to schedule inspections.
•Perform inspections on projects with increased complexity to determine conformance with applicable rules, standards, codes, and permits.
•Provide guidance on proper inspection, construction, and functioning of buildings, highways, bridges, and infrastructure according to design specifications.
•Oversee inspection activities, mentor staff, and ensure QA/QC throughout the project lifecycle.
•Prepare technical reports and presentations explaining inspection findings and recommendations for improvements.

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma.
•Minimum of 11 years of relevant post-education experience in construction inspection.
•Essential professional licensure/certification(s).
•Valid state driver’s license.
•Expert knowledge of construction inspection principles, field inspection practices, process, methods and techniques.
