Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop inspection plans, identify specifications, and coordinate with client and contractor personnel to schedule inspections.
  • •Perform inspections on projects with increased complexity to determine conformance with applicable rules, standards, codes, and permits.
  • •Provide guidance on proper inspection, construction, and functioning of buildings, highways, bridges, and infrastructure according to design specifications.
  • •Oversee inspection activities, mentor staff, and ensure QA/QC throughout the project lifecycle.
  • •Prepare technical reports and presentations explaining inspection findings and recommendations for improvements.
