Job Summary

Lead the deployment and execution of commercial and brand activation plans across On Trade and Off Trade channels in Oriente. Own flawless implementation of promotions, visibility programs, innovation launches, consumer/shoppers activations, bundles, value-added packs, and point-of-sale materials. Coordinate POSM production and tracking, manage activation toolkits and execution guides, monitor KPIs and compliance, oversee agencies and partners, and support post-activation evaluation and budgeting.

•Ensure flawless implementation of promotions, visibility initiatives, innovation launches, consumer activations, bundles, and VAPs.
•Coordinate production, deployment, and tracking of POSM and visibility assets.
•Deploy activation toolkits, execution guides, and sales support materials based on approved plans.
•Monitor activation implementation for compliance with execution standards and timelines; track activation KPIs and support post-activation evaluations.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 3 years of experience in Activation, Trade Marketing, Shopper Marketing, Customer Marketing, or Commercial Execution.
•Experience managing activation projects, agencies, and suppliers.

•Strong project and stakeholder management capabilities.
•English and Spanish required.
