Key Responsibilities

  • •Create an outstanding client experience and build strong client relationships while driving sales.
  • •Meet and exceed individual and store baseline goals, including KPI metrics such as conversion, DPT, UPT, and client data capture.
  • •Coach through teamwork by practicing skills with the store team and providing constructive feedback.
  • •Use strong communication skills, adjust communication to the audience, and remain calm/deescalate when needed.
  • •Follow visual merchandising and cleanliness standards, manage timecards for payroll accuracy, and complete assigned tasks by deadlines.
