Business Development Officer - Asset Based Lending

Drive new asset-based lending (ABL) growth for mid-sized and large companies by building referral networks and converting qualified prospects into profitable, closed relationships. Analyze financial statements and collateral to ensure credit policy and regulatory compliance, collaborate with internal teams to structure pricing and return strategies, and cross-sell treasury management, capital markets, and other non-borrowing services. Maintain sales pipeline reporting in Salesforce and manage due diligence through loan closing.
