Key Responsibilities

  • •Contribute to Enterprise and Public Sector stream by helping structure offers for large clients and supporting sales with governance and pricing insights.
  • •Engage in the insurance product stream to understand contract lifecycle, pricing, implementation, and renewal processes.
  • •Collaborate with Engineering, Data and Marketing teams to deliver a delightful customer experience online and in campaigns.
  • •Assist the analytics and repricing stream to build metrics, tools, and models to monitor portfolio performance and margins.
  • •Support the reinsurance and risk stream in Capital requirements modeling, risk governance, and regulatory relationships.

Key Requirements

  • •Have a first experience in actuarial/insurance, finance, strategy, data, quantitative or product topics.
  • •Have a scientific background (statistics, engineering, actuarial science).
  • •Are fluent in both French and English (Alan’s working language) and comfortable with SQL or willing to learn.
  • •Are analytical, structured, and demonstrate a fact-based decision-making style.
  • •Are enthusiastic about teamwork, curious, and eager to learn and teach.
