Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and maintain ELV BIM models in Autodesk Revit according to project requirements and BIM standards.
  • •Interpret ELV engineering drawings, specifications, design markups, and design intent and accurately translate them into BIM models.
  • •Prepare and maintain ELV layouts, containment layouts, schematics, sections, details, and documentation.
  • •Coordinate ELV systems with Electrical, HVAC, PHE, Architectural, and Structural disciplines and participate in multidisciplinary coordination to identify early clashes.
  • •Perform clash detection and resolution using Navisworks and Revizto, run model quality checks, and incorporate design changes within agreed timelines.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years of relevant ELV BIM/Revit experience.
  • •Proven experience working on building projects and/or Data Center, Healthcare, Sports Arena projects.
  • •Strong practical experience in Revit-based ELV modelling across design development through IFC.
  • •Advanced/intermediate ELV modelling skills in Autodesk Revit and ability to translate engineering information into BIM models.
  • •Experience with clash detection/coordination using Navisworks and Revizto.
