Job Summary

Lead daily D-Center manufacturing operations by supervising machining and welding activities to ensure safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost performance. Manage and develop welders, machinists, and operational staff, coordinating manpower, materials, equipment, and production schedules. Drive performance to operational metrics, ensure compliance with EHS and ISO requirements, support MRB and rework, and implement Lean/Kaizen/5S continuous improvement initiatives across the site.

•Lead and supervise daily D-Center manufacturing operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant execution of machining and welding.
•Manage, coach, and develop a team of welders, machinists, and operational staff to meet departmental and business objectives.
•Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and production schedules to support on-time delivery and optimal resource utilization.
•Monitor and drive performance against operational metrics (safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost).
•Ensure compliance with EHS and ISO requirements, investigate production/quality issues, and support corrective and preventive actions, MRB/rework, and continuous improvement.

•Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production planning, and operational execution.
•Knowledge of machining and welding processes, including ability to interpret engineering drawings and manufacturing documentation.
