Lead cross-cutting scientific capabilities for Medical Affairs, owning evidence generation planning, investigator-sponsored trials and sponsored research, Medical Information, and expanded access/compassionate use programs. Build and scale the operating model, governance, and standards for scientific rigor, speed, and compliance across affiliates. Partner globally with Clinical Development, Regulatory, Commercial, Market Access, HEOR, Patient Advocacy, and Field Medical while integrating AI and advanced analytics into Medical Affairs ways of working.
