Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and implement supply planning strategies to optimize inventory levels and meet customer demand for Process Technology.
  • •Support transformation of processes, technology, and personnel for new planning processes and an advanced planning system environment.
  • •Troubleshoot and assist planners globally with Kinaxis Maestro and SAP IBP; support APO tool improvements until Kinaxis implementation.
  • •Partner as subject matter expert to drive standard supply/inventory planning processes and ensure adherence to the Honeywell Global Design Model using Kinaxis Maestro.
  • •Support continuous improvement and develop planning teams through training, coaching, and mentoring; provide relocation support may be provided.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of experience in supply planning, operations planning/scheduling, materials management, or related S&OP functions.
  • •3+ years proficiency with supply planning tools such as Kinaxis Maestro and SAP IBP (plus BlueYonder, O9 Solutions, Anaplan, or OMP).
  • •3+ years experience managing supply plans and inventory levels while collaborating cross-functionally to meet customer demand.
  • •In-depth knowledge of supply chain processes and inventory optimization in complex industrial environments.
  • •Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
