Job Summary

Lead measurement and insights partnerships to advance Reddit’s measurement ecosystem. Own end-to-end execution calendars for advertiser/partner portfolios, manage third-party partnership lifecycle, and co-author RFIs and program briefs. Serve as the internal expert on measurement efficacy, evaluating platform and partner performance while improving data architecture and pipeline connectivity. Provide technical guidance on data flows and advise on methodologies including MTA, sales/brand lift, and geo-lifts to support global revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities

•Own end-to-end execution calendars for an advertiser or partner portfolio and develop multi-month roadmaps aligned to research and business goals.
•Manage the full lifecycle of third-party measurement partnerships, including discovery, vetting, and onboarding.
•Co-author RFIs and program briefs outlining Reddit’s needs and coordinate joint scoping, milestones, and field readiness with internal and external partners.
•Act as the internal expert on measurement efficacy, evaluating platform and partner performance and championing improvements to data architecture and pipeline connectivity.
•Advise on technical data flows and methodologies for MTA, sales/brand lift, and geo-lifts to support global revenue goals.

Key Requirements

•5+ years in advertising or analytics at a research vendor, measurement company, media owner, or agency, including at least 1 year dedicated to digital advertising.
•Ability to set up and manage measurement programs with external partners, driving adoption and revenue goals.
•Familiarity with advertising measurement methods including attitudinal survey research, online/offline sales/ROI measurement, and methodologies such as MTA and Media Mix Modeling (MMM).
•Track record executing, analyzing, and presenting quantitative advertising research, with working knowledge of ad tech (serving, targeting, optimization, and data flows).
•Exceptional written and oral communication skills; experience articulating complex measurement issues to stakeholders and driving alignment.
