Key Responsibilities

•Lead product design validation for new product development, ensuring strong design integrity, reliability, and user-centric performance.
•Lead cross functional project team engineers, internal and outsourced development partners, to develop reliable, cost effective and high quality solutions.
•Design and execute test strategies for new design sub-assembly, module and integrated product.
•Digital transformation processes by automating workflows, test execution, data collection, and analytics.
•Integrate development data telemetry to enhance design insights, R&D decision-making and efficiency.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics or Electrical & Electronics Engineering
•Engineering statistics
•Fresh graduates are welcomed
•4-7 years of relevant work experience in engineering design or industrial standards testing of consumer products
•Scripting/coding through common languages like Visual C++, Python or data science tools
